Bhuddism, Bhuddist temple, Laos, Mekong, Photography, Thailand
Jon Sanwell is a photographer who blogs from Southeast Asia. He’s been in Laos (a beautiful country with beautiful people) for a while, and I thought I’d pass on a link to his latest post.
These are some great shots of Wat Srithep, a temple across the Mekong in Thailand.
Gorgeous.

Wow. Just wow. That’s an incredible — almost unbelievable — photo. The care and vision that must have gone in to building that temple… Very inspiring.

Amazing!!! I wish I could dive into my computer screen right now and be in that magical place. I’m assuming I would only bonk my head though.

Many of the temples there are awe-inspiring. I still have a definite soft spot in my heart for that part of the world. Such beautiful people.

I saw a few temples, back in the day, but most of them were close to being in ruins. It was crazy back then.
